The word "Blogger" has two definitions.They are

 

One Definition:  

 

The person who writes Content for his own Blog is known as a Blogger.

 

Another Definition:

 

It is a Blog publishing platform,where you can write you own Content and Publish without any paid domain or hosting.They will provide you subdomain for free.Blogger was owned by Google.

4. Only few blog roles compared to WordPress and other Blogging Platforms.
   
5. Chances are there for a blog to get deleted,If it violates blogger content policy.
6. Media files like PDF, word doc, etc., can't be uploaded on your blog server.
