Security Analyst

 

Job Description :

 

Working closely with Development teams, Product managers (PM), and Third-parties (Including zoho's bug bounty program) to ensure our products are secured.

 

Responsibilities :

 

Application security reviews and threat modelling, including code review and black box/white box testing.

Performing application security vulnerability management.
Supporting the bug bounty program.

Facilitate and support the security releases.

Support and consult with product and development teams in the area of application security.

Assist in design reviews with a security perspective.

Assist in creation of security training / employee education.

Assist in development of automated security testing to validate that secure coding practices are being used.

Performing security audits.

Providing incident response support to customer environments.

Requirements :

Basic development or scripting experience and skills.

Work experience between 0 to 3 years.

Basic knowledge of OWASP, static/dynamic analysis, and common security tools.

A basic understanding of network and web related protocols (such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, protocols)

 Experience identifying security issues through code review (applicable for an experienced candidate)

Job Description:

 

Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance. 

Contribute in all phases of the product development life cycle. 

Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.

Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. 

Prepare and produce releases of software components. 

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
